The Camarillo Republican Women Federated Club extends a warm welcome to invite you to join us. Founded in 1964, we are one of the oldest and largest of the eleven Republican Women’s clubs in Ventura County. We are part of the California Federation of Republican Women and are affiliated with the National Federation of Republican Women. The active participation in politics by women has long been recognized as a strong asset in any political campaign. We encourage you participate in this effective organization of Republican women.

Our Camarillo Republican Women Federated works for Republican principals in many ways. We hold voter registration at various locations in town and at community events such as the Camarillo Fiesta and Camarillo Air Show. At election times we adopt two polls in the County Adopt-a-Poll program. Our members are dedicated in collecting items for monthly shipment of care packages to our military in Afghanistan and Iraq. We support local military families with contributions as well as inviting them to Club meetings.

Support of education is important to our club members. We give a monetary award to Camarillo 8th graders in an annual essay contest on Americanism and award two $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors. We collect and distribute hundreds of books to children, veterans, and libraries to encourage reading in support of the national literacy program.

Our monthly luncheon meeting, held at Sterling Hills Golf Club on the 4th Monday of the month, is a great opportunity to join with other Republican women interested in keeping abreast of local, state, and national issues. In May of each year we hold our annual fashion show, which is the main fundraiser to support our outreach programs.
